This shipping policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States. At this time, we only ship to customers located in the United States.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, location, and external factors. Our standard delivery process is as follows:
Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling time is typically 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping transit time is generally 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 7–11 business days, including both handling and transit.
Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier-related issues.
