Payment methods

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments. Which methods you see can depend on the country you are ordering from.

Available payment methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Bank Transfers: Available for bulk orders only (contact us for details)

All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Full details are in our Payment Policy

The full list you can actually use is always the one on the payment step of checkout. If a method is missing there, it is not available for your country or your order.

When you are charged

The full amount is taken when you place the order, not when it ships. You get an order confirmation by email straight away. If no confirmation arrives, the payment did not go through and no money has left your account.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD), and that same currency appears on your card statement. If your card is held in a different currency, your bank does the conversion and may add its own fee. We have no part in that and receive none of it.

If a payment fails

A declined payment is nearly always the bank, not the shop: a daily limit, an expired card, or an extra verification step that was not completed. Try again, try another method, or check with your bank. A failed attempt can show as a pending amount for a few days. That is a hold, not a charge, and your bank releases it on its own.

Security

Card details are entered on Shopify's payment page and are encrypted in transit. We never see or store your full card number. Payment processing is PCI DSS compliant.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a few business days. What can be returned and by when is set out in our Refund & Return Policy
