  • How long does delivery take?

    Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and arrive within 7–11 business days in total. Shipping to the United States is free.

  • Where do orders ship from?

    Orders ship with tracking from our warehouse in China. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

  • Can I return it?

    Yes, within 60 days after you receive it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Which payment methods can I use?

    Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfers are available for bulk orders only.
